Are You Expecting?

Congratulations!

If you are expecting a new baby, we welcome the opportunity to becoming your pediatrician. We offer complimentary pre-natal "meet & greet" visits weekdays at 1:45pm with one of our doctors. At this appointment you will visit our office, meet our staff, and get acquainted with one of our physicians, who will discuss our office policies and address any of your questions.

Our Practice is affiliated with the following hospitals.

Call our office at 1-818-784-1102 to setup a pre-natal visit with one of our physicians.

We are here for you and your family.

We are excited and honored that you are considering us for your child’s care. It is always special for us to be invited by new parents to join in the care of a family member. The continuity of care and the amazement of watching a baby grow and develop into a wonderful child is one of the primary reasons that we all feel privileged to work in pediatrics.

First Appointment

A few weeks before delivery, call the office to let us know you are expecting. You may want to download and fill out our paperwork at that time. When the happy day has arrived, you can tell the hospital staff that you have chosen us as your pediatrician.

Please Bring The Following To Your First Appointment:

  • Any paperwork from the hospital, including hearing screen results and immunization records.
  • Any available insurance information (often only the parent’s insurance is available at the first visit).
  • Plenty of diapers and an extra set of clothes.
  • Please complete the new patient forms prior to the visit to help make the appointment as smooth as possible.
