Office Hours
Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for scheduled appointments. We are closed between 12:00 noon and 2:00 pm. Until further notice, we will NOT have walk-ins Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 8:30 am.
On Saturdays, we are open from 8:00 am to 12:00 noon by appointment only.
All walk-in patients that arrive Monday through Friday after 8:30 am or at any time on Saturday will be rescheduled.

After Hours
After hours, one of our doctors is always available by phone for urgent matters that cannot wait until the next business day or are truly a medical emergency (difficulty breathing, seizure, poisoning, or a fever in an infant less than 2 months of age). Please wait until the next business day if you have questions regarding well care, prescription refills, chronic complaints, vaccinations, or need to make or reschedule an appointment.
We do not routinely call in prescription medications (including antibiotics) over the phone.
Have the following information when calling after hours:

Which of our doctors is your child’s primary care physician

Name and dosage of any medications that your child is taking

Your 24-hour pharmacy phone number

If you think that your child has a fever, take his/her temperature before calling

Have your child nearby to visualize his/her condition
Call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222 if your child:

ate or drank a known poison
-
ate or drank a large amount of medication
-
ate or drank something that he/she should NOT have
Call 911 if your child is:

not breathing
-
choking
-
having a seizure
-
unconscious
-
bleeding profusely
-
having an anaphylactic allergic reaction
